On Wednesday, 5/21/2025, Honest Heating & Air Devorian Smith arrived at my residence to address an A/C unit issue. He arrived as scheduled and committed to addressing the problem. Upon identifying and correcting the issue, he articulated the me, in details, what the problem was and what likely caused it. During our conversation, I asked several questions to which he answered satisfactory and in details which made me feel confident about his level of institutional knowledge and understanding of his job. Good Job DeVo!!!

You can’t go wrong with the Honest Heating team! We have 2 systems in our house. The first died and Honest Heating came out the same day. They replaced the system a couple of days later. Meanwhile, the big hail storm we had earlier this year damaged the other system's heat pump. As soon as insurance authorized payment, Honest Heating came out and replaced that system. From the first time I contacted Honest Heating, and each call since, they have made me feel like a valued customer! I highly recommend the whole team.
